Brand new unit for sale at the Park Chidlom

We have for re-sale a very good unit in the Park Chidlom condominium development, due for completion and transfer in early May 2007.

The apartment has four bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. There is also a separate guest powder room and maid bedroom and bathroom. There are two large balconies. Total floor area is  around 300 sq m.

Good views: it is located  on the south side of the Chidlom building, looking towards Central Chidlom (i.e it's on the side with the better views).

High Floor: the unit is on a high floor - details of the specific unit are available on request (see "contact us").

The Park is already sold out for units with foreign ownership. This unit comes with foreign ownership rights, i.e. it can legally be put in the name of a foreign (non Thai) individual.

Super grade A location and build quality The good thing about buying super grade A (apart from that the quality of alomst everything is just higher) is that it should yield superior capital appreciation in the long term. We are not putting a price on this website - that's not because we quote different prices to different buyers (we don't), but to allow us, and the prospective buyer, some privacy in the transaction. But if you would like to know the price, please use the "contact us" form and we'll reply by email. We can say that the price is extremely competitive.  (For pre-email budgeting purposes, the price is somewhere in the range Bt 100,000 - Bt 150,000 per square meter, and there are around 300 square meters in the apartment).

Status of the development: The developer says that the apartment will be available for inspection from about mid-April and transfer should be in the first half of May.

Mortgage finance is available from Bangkok Bank (for Hong Kong residents) and from United Overseas Bank for buyers based either in Thailand or Singapore.
