Luxury condo on Sukhumvit 18 We have for sale a fully fitted and furnished luxury condo at the Bangkok Citismart Condominium at Sukhumvit 18. The unit is attractively decorated and ready to move into.

High floor, good views. The unit is on the 16th floor, with good views towards the Emporium (see photo of view from sitting room balcony above).

 
A well laid out apartment. We think the unit is particularly well laid out (floor plan avaiable on request), with the entrance centrally located, and rooms off to both the left and right, giving a feeling of space and light. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open plan living room with a sitting area, and separate kitchen and dining areas. Above is a view of the shower in the master bathroom, and below is a view towards the dining area from the kitchen. Total floor area is 113.37 square meters. There is a light coloured, hard wood floor throughout the apartment, except for the  kitchen area, which is tiled. Ample storage space has been fitted, both in the bedrooms and for general storage elsewhere in the apartment. 
High quality kitchen There is a high quality kitchen in maple, with built in appliances from Smeg (oven and microwave) and Franke (hob and hood).
 
Close to both the skytrain and subway. The Citismart condominium is slightly set back from Sukhumvit Road, but at the mouth of soi 18. Both the Skytrain (Asoke station) and the subway (Sukhumvit station) are within easy walking distance. There is also easy car access to both Asoke/Ratchapdapesik and Sukhumvit Road, and the unit has the benfit of two parking spaces (one fixed one floating).
 
A key Bangkok lcoation The condominium is slightly set back from Sukhumvit Road, but at the mouth of soi 18 and a few steps from Sukhumvit Road. The Foodland supermarket  is within walking distance (in soi 16). Soi 18 itself is a quiet leafy soi, and The Rembrandt Hotel, which houses what is probably Bangkok's best Indian restaurant, is a short walk along soi 18. Several other luxury hotels are nearby, including the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit. There is a large, mixed use development under construction above the Aoke station, at the junction of Sukhumvit and Asoke roads. The Emporium department store and Benjasiri Park are also close by.  Boosted by the excellent transport  infrastructure at the intersection of the Skytrain and Subway, the area is a key Bangkok location, with extensive development of offices, retail and luxury hotels underway.

Attractive lobby area, good facilities. The building was completed in 2005. The lobby has been attractively finished by the developer (Asian Property), with high glass walls and a clean, bright look. Access is through a security card system.  There is also a large swimming pool, sauna room and fitness centre.

Full legal title for foreign owners. The unit is within the  foreign ownership quota (i.e. title can be registered in the name of a foreign individual or company).

Price Bt 11.3 million.  The condo is priced at Bt11.3 million, with the buyer and seller sharing the Land Office transfer fee.
